Ways to Order
Checks and money orders should be made out to SelfSeverDogWash.com, and mailed to:
- From the Web site with the easy-to-use, secure shopping cart.*
- E-mail, call in, or fax your order and we can e-mail you a secure payment link.*
- Check, money order, or wire transfer (contact us for information). You can use the
order form, or call/e-mail for quotation.

Transactions are safely and securely completed with advanced SSL encryption.
The "Handling Fee" listed during checkout for website purchases is actually shipping--there are no additional charges.
If outside the contiguous U.S., or if ordering more than one tub, please contact us for a shipping quote. Occasionally tub shipping to particular addresses is higher than usual. In such a case, we will contact the customer regarding the difference before processing the order.
Note: Due to their size and weight, tubs have to be shipped by freight carriers. If liftgate service or inside delivery are needed, please contact us (Liftgate Delivery and Call-Before-Delivery are included with Poly Pet Tubs orders at no charge). There may be a redelivery charge if no one is at the delivery address to accept shipment.
Average Turnaround Times
Small Items: Generally within a couple of business days.
Poly Pet Tubs: 3-6 weeks, depending on model and current demand. We are sometimes able to expedite shipments to 2 weeks or less with a $150 surcharge.
Step-Up Tubs: 3-6 weeks.
Slide-Step Tubs: 4-5 weeks.
Economy Tubs: 3-5 weeks.

Terms and Conditions
No minimum order required
All major credit cards are accepted when ordering online. Checks and money orders can also be mailed. A $25.00 charge will be added for returned checks.
Pre-authorized returns (call first) can be made within 30 days of receiving merchandise. If damage occurs during shipping, have the container and merchandise inspected by the delivery carrier and contact us immediately (SAVE container and merchandise). Inspect tubs on delivery. Tubs damaged during shipment SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED (signed for), and should be returned by the carrier.
Returns will be credited upon approval of merchandise in new, saleable condition with packaging, less freight charges unless defective. Returns of merchandise other than defective or shipped directly from manufacturers will incur a 15% restocking fee ($5.00 minimum). Merchandise shipped from manufacturers may incur restocking fee set by the manufacturer.
Cancelled tub orders will normally incur a 10% charge. For custom configurations that are already completed or under construction, full payment (minus shipping) is required.
We will NEVER share, sell, or trade customer e-mail addresses or other personal information!
