Dave was frustrated by the lack of good selections of quality products for pet-care professionals and pet caretakers, as well as poor customer service in many cases. After many inquiries from people seeking his recommendations regarding where to best find tubs and related equipment, he decided to make quality products available himself. The site has also grown into a place to get relevant information and advice, and communicate with others.

A few years ago the concept of self-serve dog washes was foreign to most people. Since then the industry has experienced much growth and greater awareness, which will continue for a long time to come.
